COVID-19 Autumn Lockdown – Venues Open for Business

Empty Belgrade

On Thursday 5th November 2020 England was again placed in lockdown to combat the spread of COVID-19. This has dictated us all facing tougher restrictions and our hospitality sector in particular predominantly closed until Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

Hotels are able to remain open but only for essential business including overnight stays for keyworkers, you can expect additional restrictions within hotels which may include room service only and grab and go breakfasts. Please see below a list of all accommodation providers who remain open at this time

Business meetings and events are strongly opposed unless they are classed as reasonably necessary - for example for the purposes of work that cannot be done at home. They can only happen for groups of up to 30 if social distancing can be maintained and the venue can demonstrate it has followed the COVID-19 guidance. Event spaces can be used for reasons permitted by law, including for education and training purposes where reasonably necessary. Please also see below a list of conferencing venues who remain open at this time.

If you have any questions or need help finding a suitable venue should the requirement be essential then please do not hesitate to get in contact.
